In December last year my 2 year contract expired and i therefore changed to a pay per month contract. The amount per month went down quite a bit since i no longer am paying off a modem etc. 2 months later and dozens of calls to their useless call centre i am still being debited the original amount and not the new amount. I was promised this was resolved and i would also be refunded the amount they overcharged now in Feb. But the 1st of feb came and went and they deducted the larger amount of course. My last call to them ended with me slamming the phone down after an hour on hold and no one answering my call! IS this the service we pay for? When i got through previously and i was told i was going to be refunded i spoke to someone so incompetent it took me 45 min to explain the problem to him as he deduced the price i was given excluded VAT and thats why the amount was more!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On their website the price list clearly states all VAT included. So i will try call again and probably be left on hold for another hour, but this time to cancel my account.
